Wainfleet Ald. Betty Konc is hoping a number of Ontario’s municipalities are just being fashionably late. Registration for the upcoming Rural and Small Urban Green Energy Symposium, hosted by the Township of Wainfleet, has not been as high as Konc was hoping.
